The 4th of July means allot to anyone for various reasons. It can mean freedom, pride, honor, fun, rememberance, greatfulness, a time to honor those to made it possible for our independance. What a great country we live in that we get to have the above all wrapped up in one day.
I hear allot about the differences about fireworks and the decisson to spend money on them. I am one of those people who LOVE to spend money on fireworks. I think they are just a added bonus to the day. This year was Keiths first year doing fireworks. The guys did bottle rockets while I did smoke bombs. What a hoot.
In our family we get to celebrate not only the birthday of independance of our grand country but also the birth of my Mom. Jully 4th 1950 the first baby born in Pueblo, Colorado and the first baby born in the State of Colorado in 1950 pretty cool.
We have a neighbor that really does a great job with his yard I love to see it every time he has this display out.
We also went down town to the parade now mind you its small town parade we have the firetrucks, the Veterains, the kids on bikes, horses, the mayor, band, llams, Draft horses, small buisnesses. We also had George Washinton and his wife in the parade.
