Keiths Report

Keith did a state report. He picked the State of Pennsylvania.
He did such a good job on it.
He got 100% on his tri-fold poster board
He got 90% on his written part.
We are all very proud of him

Ocean Shores

Here we are at Ocean Shores. We had tons of fun! It lightly sprinkled Friday, Sat was HOT HOT HOT, Sunday was cool and nice, Monday it sprinkled again but then the sun came out.
We all got lots of camp smoke in our lungs and hair and clothes and and and.
Chad caught crabs, hermit crabs, eels, starfish. Keith caught a tennis ball to the face in the swimming pool.
George got his tummy burnt. I got plenty of memories and pictures

Baseball Game

George got Golden pass tickets to the Tacoma Rainier' Minor league Baseball Game. We got free food, got to be where the baseball players warm up before they hit the field. Our seats were front row seats. AMAZING! The Rainier's Won 8-4. Afterwards they had fireworks. Great day!.

Chad's Head inj

So Chad decided that he would try out a head inj. I get a call from the babysitter that said well.......Chad was running around right before the bus came and fall and hit his head on the trailer hitch. Its a deep hole in his head, but not a gash. Needless to say I left work and came home. It could have been worse. Nothing to bad but a small cut that was sorta deep. He had a pretty good headache and was sleepy but all is well now. Just a scab!

Went Camping

So we bought a travel trailer. Its very nice. I love the fact that all I have to load is clothes and food, unload clothes and food every thing else is in there. Its nice to wake up in the warmth. We went up to a place called buck Creek just short of crystal mountain. Spent Friday to Sunday up there had great weather, Kids were happy, We rapped by the fireplace ( a first for me ) made backwards smores... Used spreadable marc mellow in the jar melted the chocolate part and made oooowy goooey smores.

Mother's Day

So for Mothers Day we all went fishing.. Now mind you its cheating fishing. We found a U Fish pond in Orting. www.troutfish.citymaker.com
Where Chad caught his first fish and Keith got his 2nd fish. As soon as the bait went in the water the fish was on the line. So the boys and I got 8 10-14 in trout. George went for the big one. 10 lb trout approx 24 in long. It put up a fight but the mighty George being the great fisher that he is brought it home.

Tournament

Our boys are both in Tae Kwon Do. They love it. These pictures are from our past tournament that we went to at Tyee High School in Sea Tac, Wa
Keith got 1st in Forms and 1st in Sparring. This is his 5th Tournament.
Chad got 3rd in Sparring. This is his first Tournament.
To just give a small insite on what these kids do to get ready for a Tournament .....
2x a week There is a 2 hour class. In that class they do 45 min non stop cardio, 45 min of non stop drills, then the rest of the time is free sparring with each other. So its pretty intense training. But the boys step up to the plate and dig in.

About us

Well to let you know about us is kind of hard to do there is so many wonderful as pecks to my family. I suppose I shall start simple then build on it. What the family consist of is. Myself ( Lori ) George, Keith , and Chad. George and I have been married for 14 years. He is the love of my life and my true sole mate. Keith is 11 he is a very active,imaginative, spitfire. Chad is 8 he is the strong silent type. We have many animals around here. Dogs, cats, lizards ( soon to come a snake ) fish ,a parrot and finally a parakeet. We live in s small town which I love. The main reason I am doing a blog is because a good friend of mine did one and its a great way to communicate with others and not fill in there in box with many stories and pictures and forwards on emails. So here we go!
