Moments worth talking about

What is currently going on

Its that time of year where the tree's turn from their green to magnificent oranges, yellows and soft greens. Where you put away summer clothes only to get into warm fuzzy soft cozy pants, warm hot cider and soft fall moments.
I love the fall time its a time where you can still do outside if you want but love to be doors and watch the wind whip around outside. We have had a amazing summer with tons of memories and lots of new adventures.

Those Montana People got humor

This sign just made me laugh out loud what humor they have it was alike a breath of fresh air. Mentzers USED cow lot. What a hoot!

What a good picture taker I am

Just some shots that I took. Can you see the bumble bee?

The Candy Store

Of course what is a trip with out the local candy store. It was floor to ceiling Candy of all kinds. It was pretty fun to be a adult in a candy store...

Ever do Gem Minning?

One of my other girlfriends that went suggested that we do Gem Mining since none of us but her had done it before we were off to yet another adventure. For $14 you buy a bucket of dirt, learn how to sift it, flip it and sort threw it. After you are done you can take your priceless gems inside there they mark them and let you know what you have. Its all so commercialized but we all had a blast. Thanks for the idea Sharrie!

The Lo Lo

One of my girlfriends nephew could not say my name Lori. I told him what my name was and Lolo stuck. When looking at the map for our trip in Montana there is a actual town called Lolo Montana. What a hoot.
The funny part is my girlfriend said it would be funny if the little yellow bus was in the picture. As you can see it was not the little bus but a normal sized bus. So there!.

C'Mon Inn

The job of the support vehicle and those in it were to book the rooms for the night. So I called this hotel/motel and was made fun of at first if I will just let it out there. UNTIL we pulled in and everyone was in happy land due to my amazing skills. It had a waterfall inside, 5 hot tubs, 1 pool, the beds were amazing I would like to say that after riding all day on a Harley that anything would feel nice but these beds were just perfect. Breakfast was a hit. We had just a wonderful time here.

... still on the way

Here we are all looking like we are having a great trip. Well the truth is we are at this point having a AMAZING time.

....still on the way

We ran into a few stops along the way due to accidents, traffic overloads, someone ran out of gas. One of the fun things we wanted to do was stop at the COOL Named Harley Davidson's. Here we are at Lone Wolf Harley in Idaho.
The flat spot in the road was a lizard.

ZOO TIME

In my family here we love going to the zoo. The funny thing is nothing changes at the zoo but its always a good time with all that goes.
This year you can do camel rides it was just a very short distance but OH SO FUN. The camel might I add was very nice and gentle. OOPS it looks like the crow and seagulls liked George's shirt. HEHEHE

The mini Chopper

My father is a Manufacturing Engineer @ Boeing. He is always thinking, always taking apart, always redoing, always puttering around as we call it. Keith and Chad had pocket rockets well the battery and bike went to heck. They have been stored in Dad's garage waiting for the next invention. So when David came home he saw the bikes. Him and Dad tore the bike up and modified it. They built the seat higher, added higher handle bars, NO BREAKS who needs them. He is the after math of the Day.

The big surprise

My dad called the cell phone after Church ended and left a message for us to call him back. So George called him and said we need to go to your parents house around 4:30 to be with your mom, your Dad has a appointment in Tacoma, I looked at him like he lost his mind but said Um ok..
So Got to parents house, Dad left, Dad came back but was acting a little funky but ok. I was sitting with my back to the back door. I turned to cough and behind me was my brother and sister in law. For those of you who know anything about me I am all about my Brother. He is in the Army. I could not be more proud of him and love him more than I do every day. He got back from serving time overseas and it was my big hope and wish to see him ASAP!! So he thought the whole thing would be funny if he surprised me. EVERYONE knew but me that he was coming home. It was amazing to hug him after his time over there to feel that he was safe and sound and back in the arms and house of love. LOVE YA BRO!!!

The Rain Forest Cafe

If you have never had the opportunity to eat at the Rain Forest Cafe it a must. You walk into a Rain Forest where snakes hang from the ceiling, butterflies flitter about, lizards hang on brances. tropical fish swim all around you in huge tubes. Elephants do some stampeding, waterfalls flow, and gorillas shake the jungle its such a wonderful place for kids. For dessert Chad had the flaming Volcano. It was enough to feed 13 people.

Chads birthday.

My little boy that is full of wonder and soft moments who is compassionate, caring and a lover to the world turned the big 10 this year. We went to the zoo for his special day then to the Rain forest cafe. He had friends and family and 2 very special people in Chad's world came in for a surprise visit. His Uncle Bubba and Aunt Gina.
Love you my little toad!
